Jeyda Monali

Jeyda Monali’s work is dedicated to awakening aliveness and deepening sacred presence. A modern-day mystic, she brings lightness, ease, depth and play into the world of relating, creating spaces where connection feels both safe and alive. Her facilitation is a recipe of embodiment, consent and authentic expression. Encouraging freedom, playfulness, and expansion, so that masks can fall away and we can meet ourselves and each other in true, embodied connection.

Workshops

Warming up to Real Connection

Kick off the festival by getting out of your head and dropping into connection, curiosity and presence. With playful consent-based relating and circling, we invite the body to soften and honesty to flow more naturally. This workshop offers practical tools to support authentic connection throughout the festival, while creating a light, nourishing space to meet yourself and others more fully.

Slowness as Intimacy

An invitation to slow down and soften into intimacy on the final day of the festival. Through gentle warm-ups, supportive touch, and practicing attunement, we explore how presence, listening, and slowness can awaken connection. This workshop offers a nourishing space where intimacy unfolds naturally, guided by the body rather than effort.
